Late diagnosed AuDHD with 27+ years corporate experience for a big 4 consultancy and an employee advocate.

A mum of 2 teenagers, I survived years as a high-functioning over-achiever in a fast-paced corporate world.

I know what it’s like to perform, mask until you burnout and your hormones force you to stop.

My Neurodivergent journey

I spent years in deep conflict with my brain.

I navigated school, built a career and lived what looked like a good life on the outside.

Inside, it was a different story.

After years of wondering why everything felt harder, I was diagnosed Autistic and ADHD in my 40s.

My diagnoses sparked a journey of unmasking and self-discovery.

My passion for supporting others navigate this same journey led me to set up the NeuroTogether peer support group in 2025.

Stepping into life as my authentic self led me to walk away from my corporate life and build the NeuroTogether community supported by others, where unmasking isn't just supported, but celebrated.

"Hannah is an exceptional coach who brings deep presence, insight and intergrity to her work. She has a rare ability to truly listen, not to just what is being said, but to what's underneath and asks thoughful, powerful questions that lead to true clarity."

Client Testimonials

"Hannah showed excellent knowledge of ADHD and
was able to explain concepts in a clear and relatable
way
to start the process of diagnosis for us. Her
guidance was practical & compassionate. I
particularly appreciated her understanding of the
challenges ADHD can create and her ability to help
develop strategies that work."

Coaching Client

"I know I said during my coaching this week I was
struggling to get my spark back, I feel so much better this week. I have my energy back, and the only thing I can
connect it with is the fact we had our coaching session. I
want to say thank you for that I honestly feel so listened to, so heard and it was just nice to have a space to unload my feelings without feeling a burden so thank you so much for that."

Core values

I want to ensure NeuroTogether provides the space that aligns with my own needs and values to be seen, safe and heard!  For this reason, I have 10 core values that are the foundations to all of the work I do.

🌱 1. Neurodiversity Affirmation

Recognising neurodivergence as a form of human variation that can provide value and sometimes requires support (not fixing).

🤝 2. Acceptance

Meeting you exactly where you are, without judgement. This is especially important if you have spent years masking or being misunderstood – I understand how this feels.

🧩 3. Individual Support

No one‑size‑fits‑all strategies. Every brain works differently, so coaching adapts to your individual needs.

🔍 4. Transparency & Clarity

Clear communication, predictable processes, and upfront expectations. You feel comfortable knowing where you are.

🛡️ 5. Safety

Providing a safe environment where you can unmask, express needs, and explore challenges without fear of shame or dismissal. No judgement here!

🎧 6. Lived Experience Matters

Prioritising lived experience as neurodivergent people are the experts on their own minds.

🌈 7. Accessibility & Inclusion

Designing accessible coaching that is available for everyone regardless of demographics. You will only find love and light here!

💬 8. Communication Flexibility

Offering multiple ways to engage — text, voice, visual aids, video or movement. It’s important this works for you!

🚀 9. Strength‑Based Growth

Focusing on what clients can do, not what they struggle with. Many neurodivergent strengths flourish when acknowledged and nurtured.

❤️ 10. Compassionate Accountability

Supporting clients with kindness while helping them build sustainable habits, routines, and self‑advocacy skills.

Access to Work

Most of my clients fund their coaching through Access to Work. This means that the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) contribute to the cost of their coaching.
